How do I sign up for The Consistency Club Loyalty Program?

You can sign up HERE. Just fill out the required information and you’ll start earning points for every dollar you spend, starting with 10 points just for signing up.

What information do I need to create my loyalty profile?

In order to create your loyalty account, you’ll need to provide the following information: first name, last name, email address, password (minimum 5 characters), birthday and month (year is optional)

Does signing up for the loyalty program automatically enroll me in Naturium email and SMS communications?

When you sign up for our loyalty program you are NOT required to sign up to our email and SMS lists. However, if you do you could receive extra perks and surprises.

Is there a minimum order value for any purchase where points are applied for a discount?

No, rewards can only be used on all orders that are qualified.

Do points get revoked if you cancel your order or make a return?

Yes, they automatically get revoked.

Do points get revoked if your order is marked as fraud?

Yes, they automatically get revoked.

How long can I go without making a purchase before my tier status drops?

If you do not meet the yearly spend threshold minimum for the tier you are on, you will lose your status and automatically drop down to the Skintrigued tier.

How does the points system work?

All members earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Turn your points into cash to spend on future purchases.

100 points = $5 reward
200 points = $20 reward

How do I redeem my points for rewards and experiences?

Points can be redeemed on naturium.mom. We offer various types of rewards that can be found in the rewards section of your account panel. Rewards are constantly being updated, so be sure to check back often!

Can my points be used as currency/tender?

No, loyalty points do not have cash value and are non-transferable.

Can I return a reward I redeemed?

Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable and hold no cash value.

Can I use my points in combination with promo codes?

Can I redeem multiple rewards in the same transaction?

Yes, some promotions can be redeemed together. Please check the official promotion disclaimers.

How many points do I earn per dollar spent on naturium.mom?
1 point per $1 spent.

Can I still earn points for my previous transaction(s)?

Unfortunately, no. Rewards will start accumulating with the launch of Consistency Club.

Can I earn points for purchasing at retail locations?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

How do I reach a new tier?

In order to reach a new tier, you need to accumulate the appropriate number of points in a given calendar year. Upon enrollment, all members will fall into Tier 1 — Skintrigued. The point values of each tier are:

SKINTRIGUED — Free to join
SKINTELLECTUAL – Spend $300+ every calendar year.
SKINFLUENCER – Spend $500+ every calendar year.

Does my tier status expire?

Your tier status is valid for a year after your last order. You will need to maintain your points status to remain in the tier after that date. Otherwise, you will drop to the respective tier for the points you earned in that year.

When will my points or member/level reset?

Points will expire at the end of the calendar year after your last order. Your points will not expire as long as you meet the necessary spend minimum every year. Every year, members must accrue enough points to remain in their current tier. If you do not maintain your points, you will drop down to the tier equivalent to the points accrued for the year.

How do I deactivate my account?
